Commando Social Media Competition – Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to your entry. Please read them carefully, as they contain important details you need to know!

1. Promoter

Commando Series (“Commando” / “us” / “we” / “our”) is the promoter of the competition and prize.

2. Eligibility

Entry is only open to legal residents of the UK aged 13+ (with guardian/parent consent), or over, excluding employees of Commando or its affiliated companies and their family members.

3. Competition Period

The competition will run from 07:00 BST 17th of December 2025 until 23:59 BST 22nd December 2025 (“Closing Date”).
Entries must be received by us no later than the Closing Date.
By submitting an entry, you are entering the competition and accept these terms and conditions.

4. Right to Cancel or Amend

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition (including these terms and conditions) without notice, but only where it is necessary for us to do so.
Any changes to the competition will be published on our official channels.

5. Instagram & Facebook Disclaimer

This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram or Facebook.
You understand that you are providing your information to Commando and not to Instagram or Facebook, and you completely release both platforms from any claims in relation to this competition.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England.

How to Enter and Prize Details

7. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

Follow @Commandoseries on Instagram or /ComSeriesUK on Facebook;
Like the giveaway post; and
Tag two (2) people in the comments.

8. Entry Frequency

You don’t need to buy anything to enter.
You may only enter the competition once, but can tag multiple people in separate comments (provided the follow and like steps are completed).

9. Invalid Entries

An entry is deemed received once it has been received by the organiser.
Incomplete, invalid, or incorrect entries, or entries received after the Closing Date, will not be accepted or counted.
We may disqualify any entrant who engages in unlawful, improper, or suspicious conduct.

10. Social Media Content

Instagram or Facebook may remove content that violates their terms of use.
If your comment or entry is removed by the platform, Commando is not responsible and cannot restore it.

11. Prize

The prize consists of:
2 x Commando Series entries for 2026. The entry can be for ANY of our entries, excluding the GOLD PACKAGES. The Merch bag consists of:

Commando dog tag

Kitbrix rucksack

Racecheck neck sleeve

Triloop socks

The prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative, substitutions, or transfers are permitted, except that Commando may substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if necessary.

How the Winner is Chosen

12. Winner Selection

The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a random generator.

13. Draw Date

The random draw will take place at 10am BST on 23rd December 2025.

14. Winner Notification

We will notify the winner via a direct private message sent to the social media profile used to enter.

15. Prize Acceptance

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winner.
If we cannot reach the winner, or the winner does not accept the prize within 72 hours, another eligible entry will be selected and declared the winner.

16. Disclosure of Details

If you are the winner, Commando may be required to disclose your details to the UK Advertising Standards Authority.

If You Win

17. Prize Redemption

If you win, we will provide instructions on how to redeem your prize when we notify you.

18. Proof of Identity

We may require proof of identity, residency, and age to confirm your eligibility before awarding the prize.

19. Prize Exchange

You cannot exchange the prize for cash or ask us to transfer it to someone else.
If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from awarding the prize as described, we may substitute it with another prize of equal or higher value.

What Happens to My Entry

20. Use of Personal Information

We will only use the personal information provided during this promotion to administer the competition and award the prize.
